1950's Fluffy
Little Ted - £99 11" tall with
jointed arms and legs, fixed head. Stitched nose and mouth. Glass
eyes. Felt pads. Nice and clean fluffy blond mohair. Back
has very good coverage, front, particularly his head, ears and arms have
bald areas. Kapok filled. Head and body are firmly stuffed, arms are
legs are softer with one leg being a bit saggy and a little longer than the
other! Thinning to pads but no actual holes just areas where the felt
has worn very thin. |

1920's
Humpbacked Farnell
Teddy - £225 Well
loved 14"
tall 1920's Farnell Bear. Not too much of her mohair fur remains
these days, approx 15%. She has replacement felt pads, a
restitched nose and mouth, and replaced eyes. Woodwool and kapok
filled, she also has a non working squeaker. Her muzzle is
threadbare and is also patched, she also has a patch to her left wrist.
But these things aside she has the most adorable face and is full of
charm! |

1950's Tiny Ted
- £58
9" tall. Jointed arms and legs, fixed head.
Restitched nose and mouth. Non working squeaker. Plastic eyes,
right eye has white spot on it where it has a small scratch. Velveteen pads
which have worn down to backing fabric in most part, no holes or damage
though. Long clean fluffy mohair, areas of wear and thinning to fur,
particularly to his nose/mouth area, but overall good coverage. |

1950's Silk Plush
Merrythought Cheeky - £105
1950's Merrythought Cheeky
with bells in his ears. Silk plush fur. Original felt pads. Glass
eyes. 11.25” tall. Registered design label to foot, label has split.
Wear to seams, tops of arms and legs where there are bald areas, see
additional pictures. Arm joints are stiff but do move. Velvet muzzle is
worn and quite hard along the top part. |

1950's Chad
Valley Bear - £79 - HOLD
14” tall. Fully jointed with blue and white label under right arm and
faded label to left foot. Rexine pads which have worn to the
backing fabric in places but no filling protruding. Woodwool
filled head, kapok body. Original glass eyes. Stitched nose, some
restitching to part. Overall wear and thinning but good coverage
and clean. |

1930's Edward
Bear - £179
20” tall mohair bear. Stitched nose and mouth. Back painted glass eyes. Recovered felt pads. Woodwool filled body and head.
Fully jointed with all joints good and moving freely. He has a repair to
the back seam and his ears have been reattached. Even thinning and
wear to mohair. Clean.

1920's Wool Plush
Austrian/German - £150
10.5" tall. Dark brown wool plush. Black glass eyes.
Felt pads with small holes/repairs. Repair to back seam and tops of arms.
Plush is quite worn with bald patches, but his dark colouring wears it well.
Dates to 1920's and of Austrian or German origin, maker unknown.

Milo - 1930's German Mohair
Bear - £115
12”
tall German Bear, possibly made by Petz. Wobbly joints but none about to fall off. Amber and black
glass eyes. Sparse mohair. Stitched nose and mouth. Recovered felt pads and restitched ears. Repair to back seam and tops of arms and legs. Woodwool
filled.

1940s Invicta Bear -
£75
12” tall,
chubby little Invicta alpaca plush bear. Glass amber and black eyes.
Stitched nose and mouth. Velour pads. Head is almost completely bald,
bald patches on arms, legs and body at front, back had more fur coverage.
Kapok filled with woodwool head. Sturdy little chap..

1950's Large Pedigree
Mohair Bear - £165
19” tall. Velveteen Pads. Plastic eyes, stitched mouth,
moulded velvet nose. Woodwool and kapok filled. Fully jointed. Golden fluffy
mohair, thinned in places particularly in front head seams, tummy and fronts
of legs but no large bald areas. Front is faded. Body filling has settled so
he is a bit lopsided causing his head to tilt to one side. No holes or
repairs. Pedigree label to back seam.
